동탄과 기흥은 삼성전자 직원들의 특별 보너스와 교통 인프라 개선으로 가격이 올랐다. 구리는 서울 강남권과 가까워 수요가 몰렸다. 6월 넷째 주까지 동탄 집값은 11.38% 상승했다.
지정 기간은 2027년 12월 31일까지다. 15억 원 이하 주택의 주택담보대출 한도는 6억 원으로 제한되며, 매수자는 2년 이상 거주해야 한다. 전세를 이용한 주택 구입도 금지된다.
