이번 프로젝트에는 중국과학기술대학교(USTC)와 허페이 유니터리 퀀텀 테크놀로지(Hefei Unitary Quantum Technology Co., Ltd.)가 참여한다. 출라롱콘 대학교의 윌럿 푸리왓 총장은 이번 파트너십이 태국의 양자 기술 분야에 있어 중요한 도약이라고 평가했다. 중국과학기술대학교의 쉬진스 교수는 이 컴퓨터가 과학 인재를 양성하고 다른 태국 대학들에 알고리즘 검증 서비스를 제공하기 위한 새로운 공동 실험실의 기반이 될 것이라고 밝혔다. 허페이 유니터리 퀀텀 테크놀로지의 허란은 이번 협력이 양국 간의 상호 신뢰를 강화하고 새로운 과학적 돌파구를 마련하는 계기가 되기를 바란다고 전했다.
