자율 이동 로봇과 무인 차량 리프트 시스템 등이 부품 물류와 차량 이동을 자동화한다. 원격 진단 플랫폼은 고객 도착 전에 차량 데이터를 분석해 수리를 준비한다.
또한 데이터 분석 실험실과 소음·진동·거칠기 분석 연구소, 연구개발본부와의 공동 품질 분석 센터를 운영해 결함을 신속히 파악한다.
