이재용 회장은 이번 주 초 HBM 생산 시설을 방문해 AI 반도체 시장 리더십 강화를 강조했다. 삼성의 HBM4 누적 매출은 2월 양산 시작 4개월 만에 10억 달러를 돌파했다.
