Tutelas relacionadas à saúde na Colômbia sobem 18% em 2025

O número de tutelas judiciais para acesso a serviços de saúde na Colômbia aumentou 17,92% em 2025, chegando a quase 312.500 casos contra 265.000 em 2024. A Defensoría del Pueblo relata essa tendência de alta, que representa 34% do total de ações judiciais. As demandas abordam principalmente atrasos em consultas, medicamentos e tratamentos.

Dados da Defensoría del Pueblo mostram um aumento de cerca de 47.500 tutelas relacionadas à saúde entre 2024 e 2025. Esse crescimento de 17,92% evidencia problemas estruturais no sistema de saúde da Colômbia, segundo relatórios recentes.

Essas tutelas compõem agora 34% de todas as ações judiciais no país. Os cidadãos buscam principalmente soluções para atrasos em consultas com especialistas, entrega de medicamentos, acesso a tratamentos, internações e procedimentos cirúrgicos.

A análise aponta que o sistema falha em atender às necessidades da população de forma eficaz. Um exemplo envolve pacientes com câncer que esperam meses por medicamentos e recorrem às tutelas para obtê-los.

O novo governo, que assume em 7 de agosto de 2026, deverá priorizar o enfrentamento desta crise com medidas fundamentais, revisando as decisões da administração anterior.
