Renfe abre denúncia de fraude contra Vito Quiles por viagens de AVE

A Renfe apresentou uma denúncia contra o ativista Vito Quiles por suposta fraude, após ele ter comprado passagens apenas para parte de suas viagens de AVE e utilizado serviços não autorizados.

A companhia ferroviária abriu processo judicial contra Quiles por viajar repetidamente com passagens mais baratas, como no incidente de 11 de agosto de 2025, de Alicante a Albacete por 6,15 euros, continuando a viagem até Madrid sem pagar a tarifa completa até ser confrontado.

Um juiz em Alicante acusou Quiles de fraude e solicitou imagens de vídeo da Renfe e da Adif de suas viagens, além de intimá-lo a depor. A Renfe estima um prejuízo econômico de pelo menos 850 euros decorrente desse padrão de comportamento que remonta a pelo menos 2024, o qual também envolveu o uso não pago de assentos de conforto.

Quiles foi intimado duas vezes pelo tribunal neste caso, embora não tenha comparecido na segunda ocasião, apesar de ter sido devidamente notificado. A denúncia também cita danos à reputação causados pelo ativista ao divulgar suas ações nas redes sociais.
