Discussão da reforma do SAE é retomada na terça-feira com a ministra Arzola

A Comissão de Educação da Câmara retomará a análise do projeto de lei que modifica o Sistema de Admissão Escolar na terça-feira, com a participação da ministra María Paz Arzola.

O governo do presidente José Antonio Kast apresentou o projeto de lei que cria dois caminhos de admissão paralelos: Escolha Mútua, permitindo que escolas de alta demanda selecionem por critérios como desempenho acadêmico, e Atribuição Aleatória, que permanece para as demais.

A ministra responderá a perguntas pendentes na sessão de terça-feira, das 15h às 17h. No dia seguinte, a comissão continuará o debate sem ela e ouvirá atores do setor educacional.

Deputados da oposição e especialistas da mesa técnica anterior questionaram a iniciativa. Sylvia Eyzaguirre, do CEP, disse que não há argumento racional para sistemas independentes do SAE. Luis Pardo, do RN, defendeu que a medida responde à demanda dos cidadãos por mérito.
