Superservicios investiga 598 empresas quanto à conformidade com registros

A Superservicios iniciou averiguações preliminares em 598 empresas de energia e gás para verificar o envio de informações ao Sistema Único de Información.

O órgão visa avaliar o cumprimento do envio tempestivo de dados ao SUI e as atualizações no Registro Único de Prestadores de Servicios Públicos. As empresas sob análise incluem fornecedores de energia no Sistema Interconectado Nacional, zonas não interconectadas e firmas que fornecem gás combustível por meio de redes ou gás liquefeito de petróleo.

Os processos já identificaram omissões nas atualizações do RUPS e falhas no envio de formatos obrigatórios ao SUI. A Superservicios ressaltou que este sistema é a única fonte oficial do setor e que as autoridades dependem de seus dados para a tomada de decisões.

O órgão instou as empresas a cumprirem suas obrigações para garantir a precisão e a pontualidade das informações do setor.
