受人工智能影响,香港第三季度就业展望降至负9%

万宝盛华的一项调查显示,香港第三季度的净就业展望跌至负9%。专家警告称,人工智能正在减少应届毕业生的入门级就业机会。

净就业展望衡量的是计划增加人手的雇主与计划裁员的雇主之间的差异,该数据较上一季度下降了20个百分点。

劳工顾问委员会雇员代表、劳工界立法会议员林伟江表示,雇主正专注于即时生产力,并避免在毕业生培训上进行投资。这导致一些企业转而聘请外劳担任技术性职位,而非本地毕业生。

林伟江警告称,这会带来包括本地中层人才短缺以及经验传承断层在内的风险。他指出,如果缺乏与土地和税务优惠挂钩的严格聘用规定,北都会区的新进企业可能会将本地毕业生拒之门外。
