في حُكْمٍ صَادَرَتْهُ مَحْكَمَةُ أَقَابِهِ هِجْ تْسِبِتْ فِي بَلْدَةِ مُوجُو، إِقْلِيمُ أُورُومِيَا، أُدِينَ مُوَظَّفَانِ فِي مَحْطّةِ وَقُودٍ بِتَصْرِيفِ وَقُودٍ مُخَالِفًا لِلْلَّوَائِحِ. الْمُدْعَيَانِ، أَدِيسْ مُولْغِيتَا وَهَارِغْوَيْنِ دَاغْ، يَعْمَلَانِ فِي مَحْطّةِ وَقُودِ أُولَا. يُبَيِّنُ الْقَضِيَّةُ تَطْبِيقَ قَوَانِينِ تَوْزِيعِ الْوَقُودِ فِي إِثْيُوبْيَاْنْنْنْالْحَادِثَةُ وَقَعَتْ فِي تِيرْ 13، 2017 مَهْسَ (تَقْوِيمَ إِثْيُوبْيَا)، حَوَالَيْ السَّاعَةِ 2 مَسَاءً، عِنْدَمَا صَرَّفَا 4,000 لِتْرَةٍ مِنَ الْوَقُودِ فِي جَرِّيكَانْ خَارِجَ السَّاعَاتِ وَالْإِجْرَاءَاتِ الْمُمْكِنَةِ، وَفِي حُضُورِ قُوَّاتِ الْأَمْنِ. وُجِهَتْ إِلَيْهِمَا التُّهْمَةُ بَمَادَّةِ 25 مِنْ إِعْلَانِ رَقْمِ 1363/2017 بِسَبَبِ أَعْمَالٍ تُهَدِّدُ نِظَامَ حِصْصِ الْوَقُودِ.نْنْوَفْقًا لِتَفَاصِيلِ الْمَحْكَمَةِ، بَعْدَ اسْتِلْمَامِ وَرَقَةِ التَّهْمَةِ، دَمَّرَ الْمُدْعَيَانِ أَدِلَّةً مُتَعَلِّقَةً بِالْجَرِيمَةِ. قَرَّرَتِ الْمَحْكَمَةُ أَنَّهُمَا فَشِلَا فِي تَقْدِيمِ الْأَدِلَّةِ بِشَكْلٍ صَلِيحٍ، مَا أَدَّى إِلَى إِدَانَتِهِمَا بِتَحْرِيفِ الْأَدِلَّةِ. نَتِيجَةً لِذَلِكَ، حَكَمَتِ الْمَحْكَمَةُ عَلَى الْمُدْعَى عَلَيْهِ الْأَوَّلِ بِسَجْنِ ثَلَاثِ سَنَوَاتٍ وَثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ، بَيْنَمَا حُكِمَ عَلَى الثَّانِي بِثَلَاثِ سَنَوَاتٍ. كَمَا غُرِّمَ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمَا بِـ350,000 بِيرْ.نْنْعِلَى الْإِضَافَةِ، أَمَرَتِ الْمَحْكَمَةُ بِتَحْوِيلِ الْوَقُودِ الْمُصْادَرِ إِلَى إِيرَادَاتِ الْحُكُومَةِ.
