Adem Farah: Neun Jahre Reformen haben dem Land genutzt

Ato Adem Farah, Leiter des Koordinierungszentrums für Demokratie im Büro des Premierministers, erklärte, dass die Reformen der letzten neun Jahre in allen Sektoren dem Land und seiner Bevölkerung zugutegekommen seien. Ato Adem Farah, der auch als Vorsitzender der Prosperity Party fungiert, hob die politischen Reformen hervor, die den politischen Spielraum erweitert haben. Er verwies auf die gesunden Beziehungen zwischen der Regierungspartei und den Oppositionsgruppen, wobei mehr als 275 Oppositionsführer von der Woreda- bis zur Bundesebene in Regierungspositionen berufen wurden. Die Einrichtung der Nationalen Konsenskommission adressiere langjährige nationale Probleme, stellte er fest. Im Bereich der Wirtschaftsreformen ist der Außenhandel erheblich gewachsen, und die lokale Produktion hat viele Importe ersetzt, was zu positiven Ergebnissen geführt hat. Die vergangenen Jahre haben erhebliche Erfolge in den Sozial- und Bildungssektoren verzeichnet. Farah rief dazu auf, weiterhin entschlossene Anstrengungen zu unternehmen, um eine weitere nationale Entwicklung zu gewährleisten.
