Das Spiel verzeichnete laut Daten von AppMagic, die von GamesIndustry.biz veröffentlicht wurden, weltweit 3,4 Millionen Downloads bei seiner Rückkehr auf iOS-Geräte. Damit war dies die viertstärkste Woche in der Geschichte von Fortnite und lag nur knapp unter der ursprünglichen Startwoche von 3,7 Millionen Downloads im Jahr 2018.
