El juego registró 3,4 millones de descargas a nivel mundial durante su retorno a los dispositivos iOS, según datos de AppMagic compartidos por GamesIndustry.biz. Esta cifra posicionó a la semana como la cuarta mejor en la historia de Fortnite y se acercó al total de 3,7 millones de descargas de su semana de lanzamiento original en 2018.
