Der kenianische Verlegerverband erklärte, dass illegale Veröffentlichungen jährliche Verluste von über drei Milliarden Schilling verursachen.

Die Interessenvertreter äußerten sich während der zweiten TBC Penmanship Awards, die im Jain Bhavan Auditorium in Loresho, Nairobi, stattfanden.
