Petrogulf steigert Produktion im Golf von Suez auf 26.600 Barrel pro Tag

Petrogulf, eine Tochtergesellschaft der South Valley Egyptian Petroleum Holding Company, hat die Produktion ihrer Ölfelder im Golf von Suez auf rund 26.600 Barrel pro Tag gesteigert, verglichen mit etwa 17.000 Barrel pro Tag im Geschäftsjahr 2025/2026 – dies ist der höchste Ausstoß seit der Gründung des Unternehmens im Jahr 1982.

Petrogulf erzielte durch einen beschleunigten und effektiven Arbeitsplan einen Produktionsanstieg von fast 10.000 Barrel pro Tag innerhalb von nur fünf Monaten. Der Plan umfasste das Bohren eines neuen Produktionsbrunnens, „North Geisum North-16“, der allein etwa 4.000 Barrel pro Tag beisteuerte. Ein intensives Wartungsprogramm für bestehende Brunnen im Golf von Suez brachte weitere 6.750 Barrel pro Tag ein. Das Programm nutzte zwei Bohranlagen, was eine verbesserte betriebliche Effizienz und eine schnellere Umsetzung demonstrierte. Petrogulf dient als erfolgreiches Modell für Investitionspartnerschaften zwischen dem ägyptischen Erdölsektor – vertreten durch die South Valley Egyptian Petroleum Holding Company und die Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation – sowie privaten Partnern, darunter das ägyptische Unternehmen Pico und die kuwaitische Kufpec.
