Ein Fall betrifft Gesundheitsminister Aden Duale und den Bau eines Ebola-Isolationszentrums im Militärlager Nanyuki im Laikipia County. Das Gericht hatte das Projekt gestoppt, doch das Katiba Institute behauptet, dass die Bauarbeiten fortgesetzt werden.

Duale wies die Anschuldigungen zurück und erklärte, die Regierung respektiere gerichtliche Anordnungen. Weitere Fälle betreffen Bauvorhaben im Imenti-Wald im Meru County sowie die Auszahlung von über 200 Millionen Shilling an ehemalige Soldaten.

Auch der Generalinspekteur der Polizei, Douglas Kanja, und Parlamentspräsident Moses Wetang’ula wurden in separaten Angelegenheiten mit Vorwürfen der Missachtung des Gerichts konfrontiert.
