Williams recrute des cadres clés de McLaren, Mercedes et Alpine

Williams a recruté quatre figures majeures d'écuries rivales de Formule 1 afin de renforcer ses capacités techniques et opérationnelles.

L'écurie a annoncé ces nominations ce jeudi. Piers Thynne, qui occupait le poste de directeur des opérations chez McLaren jusqu'au début de l'année, rejoindra l'équipe en août en tant que directeur de l'optimisation et de la planification. Il se concentrera sur la rationalisation des processus et l'introduction de technologies avancées, notamment la robotique et l'IA.

Williams has hired former Mercedes Formula 1 engineer Dan Milner as chief engineer of vehicle technology to lead car development programs. Milner spent 14 years at Mercedes, most recently as chief engineer of research and development. He starts at Williams after gardening leave since January.
