Pemerintah mulai terapkan pelaporan ekspor SDA lewat DSI

Mulai 1 Juni 2026, eksportir sumber daya alam wajib melaporkan kegiatan ekspor kepada PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia. Mekanisme baru ini berlaku untuk batu bara, kelapa sawit, dan ferroalloy selama masa transisi.

Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto menyatakan pelaporan dilakukan melalui platform CEISA 4.0 milik Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Eksportir tetap dapat menjalankan kegiatan ekspor seperti biasa, namun wajib melaporkan data kepada DSI.

Airlangga menjelaskan kebijakan ini diterapkan untuk memperkuat pengawasan dan mencegah praktik under-invoicing serta transfer pricing. Ketiga komoditas tersebut menyumbang ekspor senilai US$66,13 miliar pada 2025 atau 23,4 persen dari total ekspor nasional.

COO Danantara Indonesia Dony Oskaria menegaskan pembentukan DSI tidak menambah birokrasi baru. Selama enam bulan transisi hingga Desember 2026, pemerintah akan berdiskusi dengan pelaku usaha mengenai patokan harga sebelum implementasi penuh pada 1 Januari 2027.

Luke Thomas Mahony telah ditunjuk sebagai Direktur Utama DSI, sementara nama petinggi lainnya akan diumumkan pekan depan. Pemerintah berharap langkah ini meningkatkan transparansi dan penerimaan negara.
