Danantara beli saham aplikasi ojol untuk turunkan komisi jadi 8 persen

Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara) telah membeli saham sebagian aplikasi ojek online (ojol) untuk menurunkan potongan komisi pengemudi menjadi 8 persen. Wakil Ketua DPR RI Sufmi Dasco Ahmad menyatakan pembelian saham ini akan menyesuaikan sistem dan kebijakan aplikator secara bertahap. Presiden Prabowo Subianto telah menandatangani Perpres Nomor 27 Tahun 2026 terkait kebijakan ini.

Wakil Ketua DPR RI Sufmi Dasco Ahmad mengatakan BPI Danantara sudah membeli saham sebagian aplikator ojol. Pembelian ini bertujuan menurunkan potongan komisi pengemudi dari 10-20 persen menjadi delapan persen, disampaikan saat menerima audiensi aliansi serikat buruh di Jakarta pada Jumat, 1 Mei 2026.

"Paling pertama adalah kemudian menurunkan biaya yang diambil oleh aplikator. Tadinya 20 atau 10 persen ini sehingga aplikator hanya akan mengambil delapan persen dari yang dikumpulkan," kata Dasco.

Presiden Prabowo Subianto menandatangani Perpres Nomor 27 Tahun 2026 untuk memangkas potongan pendapatan aplikator ojol menjadi delapan persen. Dalam pidato Hari Buruh Internasional di Monumen Nasional, Jakarta, Prabowo berkata, "Saya katakan di sini, saya tidak setuju 10 persen, harus di bawah 10 persen."

Prabowo menegaskan kebijakan ini membela hak pengemudi ojol yang bekerja keras. Ia juga menyatakan pemerintah siap mengambil alih perusahaan bermasalah agar buruh tetap bekerja. Dasco menambahkan organisasi pengemudi ojol akan dilibatkan dalam pembahasan status hubungan kerja.
