Stj deciderà sull'indennizzo contro Xuxa per Turma da Xuxinha

Il Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) deciderà il 10 marzo sull'importo di un indennizzo in una causa di 26 anni contro Xuxa Meneghel, relativa a presunto plagio nella creazione della Turma da Xuxinha. La vicenda contrappone la presentatrice all'imprenditore Leonardo Soltz, che accusa la sua società di appropriazione indebita di personaggi da A Turma do Cabralzinho. Il primo grado ha riconosciuto la necessità del pagamento, ma l'importo controverso varia da 3 a 60 milioni di R$.

Il giudizio presso il Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) è previsto per il 10 marzo nella Terceira Turma del tribunale, e determinerà le sorti di una causa di 26 anni tra Xuxa Meneghel e l'imprenditore Leonardo Soltz. Il processo è iniziato presso la Corte di Giustizia di Rio de Janeiro e riguarda accuse secondo cui la società Xuxa Promoções e Produções avrebbe appropriato indebitamente elementi visivi e sensoriali dai personaggi di “A Turma do Cabralzinho”, creati da Soltz per commemorare il 500° anniversario dell'arrivo dei portoghesi in Brasile, per formare “Turma da Xuxinha”.
