Prefeito Luksic apoia isenção de imposto predial para idosos com mais de 65 anos

O prefeito de Huechuraba, Maximiliano Luksic, apoiou a isenção de imposto predial para primeiras moradias de pessoas com mais de 65 anos, ao mesmo tempo em que pediu uma emenda ao Senado para que aqueles com condições financeiras continuem pagando.

Luksic disse na terça-feira que concorda com a isenção de impostos prediais para idosos. Ele acrescentou que o Senado deveria incluir uma emenda garantindo que aqueles que podem pagar continuem a fazê-lo.

O prefeito alertou para um impacto nas receitas municipais de Huechuraba de 1,2 bilhão de pesos. Ele observou que casas antes avaliadas em 5.000 UF agora atingem 12.000 UF sem que os proprietários tenham necessariamente maior capacidade de pagamento.

Luksic propôs congelar o valor da contribuição no momento da compra do imóvel. Ele também enfatizou que o poder executivo deve levar em conta as visões municipais ao tomar decisões.
