Upme abre inscrições para certificado de incentivo fiscal em energias limpas

A Unidade de Planejamento Minerário e Energético (Upme) anunciou que a partir de 1º de março receberá inscrições para um certificado que permite acesso a incentivos fiscais para projetos de energias limpas, eficiência energética e hidrogênio. Esse benefício também se aplica a veículos elétricos e híbridos, conforme Resolução 000070 de 2026. No ano passado, a entidade processou quase 10.000 inscrições semelhantes.

A Upme emitiu a Resolução 000070 de 2026 para facilitar o acesso aos incentivos fiscais previstos na Lei 1715 de 2014. Esses incentivos visam projetos em fontes de energia limpa não convencional e a compra de veículos elétricos ou híbridos, como motocicletas ou carros. Indira Portocarrero, diretora da Upme, destacou que 'no Governo Nacional promovemos a descarbonização e aceleramos a substituição de combustíveis fósseis por energias limpas'.
