Fiesp e CNI contestam megaleilão de R$ 515 bi no TCU

A Fiesp e a CNI pediram para entrar como partes interessadas no processo que tramita no TCU sobre o megaleilão de energia do governo. Elas listam problemas como a revisão que dobrou o custo em três dias, o deságio baixo de cerca de 5% e a contratação de termelétricas a gás e carvão.

A CNI calcula que os contratos podem gerar custos de até R$ 800 bilhões e pede a suspensão dos atos de adjudicação e homologação. A Fiesp afirmou que a contratação de reserva de potência é essencial, mas exige transparência, tarifas acessíveis e ampla concorrência.

A Aneel retirou de pauta a homologação prevista para a próxima terça-feira. O diretor Fernando Mosna recomendou aguardar decisão do Judiciário. O leilão, realizado em março, contratou 19 GW de capacidade para os próximos 15 anos, com impacto mínimo de 10% na conta de luz.
