ኮሚሽኑ ሰኔ 17 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ስምንት ዋና አጀንዳዎችን ይፋ አድርጓል። እነዚህም የሀገር ግንባታ፣ የመንግሥት አደረጃጀት፣ የፌዴራል ከተሞች ሁኔታ፣ የሐይማኖት ጉዳይ፣ የተቋማት ግንባታና የህግ የበላይነት፣ ማህበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያ ተጠቃሚነት፣ ሙስናና መልካም አስተዳደር፣ እንዲሁም የሰላም ጉዳይ ናቸው።
የአጀንዳ ማሰባሰብ ሂደት በባለፉት ዓመታት ሰፊ የሕዝብ ውይይቶችን አካቷል። ይህ ሂደት አሁን ተዘግቷል።
የሀገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤው ከአራት ሺህ በላይ ተወካዮችን ያሰባስባል። ጉባኤው በተቀረጹ አጀንዳዎች ላይ የጋራ መግባባት ለመፍጠር ያተኩራል።
