ከጉባኤው ጎን ለጎን የዳታ አብዮት እና የዲጂታል ዘመናዊነት ሥራዎችን የሚያሳይ ኤግዚቢሽን ይከፈታል። ጉባኤው "አንድ ዕቅድ፣ አንድ ሪፖርት፣ አንድ በጀት" የሚለውን የተቀናጀ አሠራር ለማስፈን መሠረት ይጥላል።
