Mahle-topchef truer med fabrikslukninger på grund af forbud mod forbrændingsmotorer

Underleverandøren til bilindustrien Mahle rapporterede om et lille fald i omsætning og indtjening for 2025. Administrerende direktør Arnd Franz fremhævede fremskridt i krisestyringen og en kurs mod profitabel vækst. I Düsseldorf præsenterede Mahles administrerende direktør, Arnd Franz, virksomhedens tal for det forgangne år. Omsætningen faldt fra 11,68 milliarder euro til 11,26 milliarder euro, mens koncernresultatet faldt med ni procent til 22 millioner euro. På trods af byrder fra omstruktureringshensættelser præsterede virksomheden et overskud for tredje år i træk.

Driftsmæssigt blev Mahle forbedret: Det justerede EBIT steg fra 347 millioner til 442 millioner euro, og den operationelle overskudsgrad steg fra tre til 3,9 procent. "Krisestyring er fortsat den højeste prioritet," sagde Franz. Strategien, der fokuserer på elektrificering, termostyring og forbrændingsmotorer, virker, og "Mahle er på vej mod profitabel vækst."

Franz kritiserede skarpt det planlagte forbud mod forbrændingsmotorer. Uden en tilbagerulning truer det med massive konsekvenser, herunder fabrikslukninger. Det langsigtede mål om en overskudsgrad på syv procent er stadig langt væk.
