BNCERA opens first manufacturing plant in Incheon's Namdong District

Aesthetic medical product developer BNCERA has opened its first manufacturing plant in Korea in Incheon's Namdong District, accelerating production of fillers and skin boosters. The opening ceremony drew company executives, local officials, and partners, followed by the BNCERA Aesthetic Medicine Congress previewing next-generation products. Built to GMP standards, the facility aims to meet rising global demand with enhanced quality control.

BNCERA held an opening ceremony for its new manufacturing plant in Incheon's Namdong District on April 21. Key executives including Chairman Rahmat Bozorov, co-founders Fred Bozorov, Andrew Parviz, and CEO Jaha Zoda attended, alongside representatives from Namdong District Office and Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Park Joo-bong, chairman of the chamber and Daejoo-KC Group, said, "By opening in Incheon, BNCERA has secured a perfect foothold for becoming a global firm," pledging support for its worldwide expansion.

Oh Sinan, founder and chairman of Global Business Alliance in Korea and CEO of Kervan Group, praised the company's success since its 2018 founding by foreign entrepreneurs, noting Export Tower Awards from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources in 2022 and 2023. BNCERA exports to over 50 countries, including the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe with anchors in the UK and France, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Americas.

The plant features a 14-stage pipeline for Tesoro-brand hyaluronic acid aesthetic products, incorporating H.E.R.S. Cross-linking technology for elasticity and consistency. CEO Jaha Zoda said, "Our partners aren't just buying a product. They're buying confidence in a company." Fred Bozorov described the facility as "a physical investment that is hard to fake," signaling firm commitment.

The day after the opening, the BNCERA Aesthetic Medicine Congress 2026 at Paradise City Hotel in Incheon drew over 200 professionals from 23 countries, previewing the next-generation ATHEVA hyaluronic acid filler platform set for launch next year. Co-CEO Andrew Parviz noted the rebranding from BNC Global, stating, "We changed it because the company we've built no longer fits the old name." Last year, BNCERA recorded sales of 77.9 billion won ($53 million).
