Der schwedische Pensionsfonds Sjunde AP-Fonden hatte Activision Blizzard und seinen ehemaligen CEO Bobby Kotick verklagt. Er machte geltend, dass die Transaktion überstürzt abgeschlossen wurde, um Problemen durch damalige Vorwürfe wegen sexuellen Fehlverhaltens zu entgehen. Der Fall war im vergangenen Herbst vor dem Delaware Court of Chancery verhandelt worden, bevor die Einigung erzielt wurde.
