Generalitat despliega mossos en institutos pese al rechazo de la comunidad educativa

La Generalitat de Cataluña ha activado un plan piloto para desplegar agentes de los Mossos d’Esquadra de forma permanente en 13 institutos de secundaria conflictivos, con el fin de prevenir la violencia juvenil. La medida, defendida por la consellera de Interior Núria Parlon, ha generado un amplio rechazo de sindicatos, familias, directores y estudiantes, que critican los recortes en educadores sociales. La consellera de Interior, Núria Parlon, justificó este jueves el despliegue de agentes de paisano y sin arma en los institutos, a petición del Departamento de Educación. "Creemos que puede ser una herramienta muy útil", afirmó Parlon, destacando su función pedagógica y de mediación para reducir la violencia. El programa se coordinará con las direcciones de los centros y podría extenderse si el piloto en 13 institutos funciona.

Sin embargo, sindicatos como USTEC-STES lo tildan de "inaceptable" y generador de "sensación de vigilancia y represión". Iolanda Segura, su portavoz, reclamó más recursos para reducir ratios y contratar integradoras sociales o psicopedagogas. Lidón Gasull, de la federación Affac, criticó que se recortó de 420 a 300 profesionales sociales —uno por cada 1.000 alumnos vulnerables—, optando por una medida más cara.

Directores como Jordi Satorra (Axia) y expertos como Miquel Alegre (Equidad.org) abogaron por enfermeros y figuras de integración en lugar de policía. En el ámbito estatal, CEAPA y ANPE advirtieron de estigmatización. Solo ASPEC, con Ignasi Fernández, lo ve positivo para reducir conflictividad, pidiendo protocolos de expulsión.

Partidos como ERC lo calificaron de "populismo de derechas", Comuns reclamaron más mediadores, CUP lo llamó "esperpéntico" y Junts, "contradictorio". El Ministerio de Educación evitó pronunciarse por desconocer detalles.
