Minvu adelanta detalles del nuevo tramo del subsidio DS1 para viviendas de hasta 4.000 UF

La subsecretaria de Vivienda Natalia Aguilar informó que el llamado vigente del subsidio DS1 Tramo 3 cerrará el 30 de junio y que en el segundo semestre se abrirá un nuevo tramo para viviendas de hasta 4.000 UF.

La subsecretaria de Vivienda, Natalia Aguilar, detalló que el subsidio DS1 Tramo 3 actual permite postular a viviendas de hasta 2.200 UF. Las familias deben tener una cuenta de ahorro para la vivienda con al menos 12 meses de antigüedad y un mínimo de 80 UF ahorradas. El subsidio entregado oscila entre 250 y 400 UF.

Aguilar anunció que durante el segundo semestre se implementará el tramo 4000. Este permitirá viviendas de hasta 4.000 UF, exigirá un ahorro de hasta 200 UF y entregará un subsidio de hasta 400 UF. La diferencia se completará con crédito hipotecario u otras herramientas como garantías estatales.

La autoridad explicó que la medida responde al encarecimiento de las viviendas y busca apoyar a familias de clase media que quedan fuera de los subsidios tradicionales. La postulación al llamado vigente se realiza con Clave Única a través del sitio del Minvu.
