Mundaca y Poduje coinciden en prioridades para desalojo en San Antonio

El gobernador de Valparaíso y el ministro de Vivienda acordaron que el terreno expropiado se asignará por orden de llegada y no de forma automática a quienes ocupan la megatoma.

Rodrigo Mundaca y Iván Poduje se reunieron el 29 de junio para abordar la megatoma de San Antonio. Ambos rechazaron naturalizar las tomas de terrenos y enfatizaron que las familias con ahorro previo y años de espera deben tener prioridad.

Poduje criticó la presencia de casas de alto estándar y segundas residencias en la toma. El ministro señaló que “eso no es pobreza, eso es frescura” y confirmó que el terreno se asignará por antigüedad y vulnerabilidad.

El desalojo de un primer polígono de 5,4 hectáreas comenzará el 30 de junio con 120 carabineros. Manuel Millones detalló que ya se desalojaron 50 hectáreas y que la provincia registra un déficit de 12 mil viviendas.
