Noelia Castillo recibirá la eutanasia este jueves tras rechazo del TEDH

Noelia Castillo, la joven parapléjica de 25 años de Barcelona, ha anunciado en Antena 3 que recibirá la eutanasia este jueves 26 de marzo. El anuncio llega el mismo día en que el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos (TEDH) rechazó el último recurso cautelar presentado por su padre, Gerónimo Castillo, representado por Abogados Cristianos.

Noelia Castillo, de 25 años y parapléjica desde un intento de suicidio en octubre de 2022 tras una agresión sexual múltiple, solicitó la eutanasia en abril de 2024. La Comisión de Garantía y Evaluación de Cataluña (CGAC) la aprobó por unanimidad el 18 de julio de 2024, al cumplir con los requisitos de la ley: situación clínica no recuperable con dependencia grave, dolor y sufrimiento crónico.
