Ghia founder releases Mediterranean-inspired cookbook Riviera

Mélanie Masarin has published a new cookbook filled with simple recipes from the coasts of France and Italy. The book draws from her childhood memories and aims to make cooking approachable for home cooks.

Mélanie Masarin, founder of the non-alcoholic apéritif brand Ghia, released Riviera: Recipes from the Coast of France and Italy on May 9. The cookbook features dishes such as tomato tarte tatin and seared scallops, inspired by summers in the Mediterranean region. Masarin developed the idea during the 2020 lockdown while sharing easy meals with friends online.
