Ministério Público mantém pedido de 15 anos de prisão para Fernández Díaz no caso Kitchen

O procurador anticorrupção apresentou hoje as conclusões finais no julgamento da operação Kitchen, solicitando 15 anos de prisão para o ex-ministro Jorge Fernández Díaz e outros réus.

O procurador César de Rivas reiterou as penas iniciais para vários réus, incluindo 15 anos para Francisco Martínez e Andrés Gómez Gordo por acusações de ocultação, desvio de fundos públicos e crimes contra a privacidade. Ele também pede 19 anos para o comissário José Manuel Villarejo por espionagem ilegal contra Luis Bárcenas e sua família.
