El presidente Lee Jae-myung declaró que los derechos de gestión deben respetarse tanto como los derechos laborales, antes de la huelga planificada del sindicato de Samsung Electronics.

El presidente Lee Jae-myung afirmó el lunes en una publicación en la red social X que, en la República de Corea, la cual adopta un orden democrático liberal y una economía de mercado capitalista, se debe respetar tanto a los trabajadores como a las empresas, y que los derechos de gestión deben ser respetados de la misma manera que los derechos laborales.

Añadió que los trabajadores deben recibir una compensación justa por su trabajo, mientras que los accionistas que han invertido y asumido riesgos tienen derecho a una parte de los beneficios corporativos.

Citando la Constitución, Lee señaló que los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos pueden restringirse para el bienestar público siempre que no se vulnere su esencia, en comentarios realizados antes de la huelga planeada por el sindicato de Samsung Electronics para esta semana.
