Convocan manifestación contra proyecto Perfect Day en Mahahual

Grupos ambientalistas convocaron a una manifestación pacífica frente a la Semarnat en la Ciudad de México para defender Mahahual del proyecto Perfect Day de Royal Caribbean. La protesta está programada para el jueves 21 de mayo a las 9:00 horas.

La convocatoria fue lanzada por la organización Sélvame. Los participantes planean reunirse en Ejército Nacional 223, colonia Anáhuac, para exigir que las autoridades detengan la construcción del parque temático.

La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum confirmó que la Semarnat investiga el proyecto. Afirmó que pidió a la secretaria Alicia Bárcena revisar los planes detalladamente para evitar cualquier daño al ecosistema.
