리얼미터가 EKN 신문 의뢰로 5월 11일부터 15일까지 18세 이상 2,506명을 대상으로 실시한 조사에서 이 대통령의 직무 수행 긍정 평가는 60.5%로 나타났다. 이는 전주 대비 0.8%포인트 오른 수치다.
부정 평가는 35.1%로 0.6%포인트 하락했다. 코스피 지수가 8,000선을 돌파하고 대구·경북 지역을 방문해 민군 공항 부지를 점검한 점이 지지율 상승에 기여했다.
김용범 대통령 정책실장이 AI 반도체 붐으로 발생한 초과 세수를 활용한 '공공 배당' 아이디어를 화요일에 제시한 데 대해 야당의 반발이 있었다. 삼성전자 파업 우려도 부정적 요인으로 작용했다.
별도 조사에서는 더불어민주당 지지율이 45.8%, 국민의힘은 33.5%로 집계됐다.
