Banco del Bienestar acumula 25 multas que totalizam mais de 8,8 milhões de pesos

O Banco del Bienestar acumulou 25 multas da CNBV entre janeiro de 2025 e junho de 2026, totalizando mais de 8,8 milhões de pesos.

De acordo com registros públicos da Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, as sanções decorreram de falhas no cumprimento do regime regulatório, deficiências na gestão de riscos, problemas de controle interno e atrasos no envio de informações obrigatórias.

Os valores variaram de 26.886 pesos a 1.443.300 pesos. A Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público afirmou que as multas são administrativas e estão relacionadas a observações de 2023 que já foram solucionadas.

O ministério esclareceu que as sanções não afetam os recursos dos clientes ou os programas sociais. O banco havia buscado anteriormente proteção jurídica, alegando danos à sua imagem devido à publicação das multas.
