Jonathan Andic pagou uma fiança de um milhão de euros em 19 de maio e continua sujeito à entrega do passaporte, proibição de sair da Espanha e comparecimentos semanais ao tribunal. A Promotoria argumenta que o risco de fuga persiste devido à sua capacidade financeira e à gravidade das possíveis penas.
