በትናንትናው ዕለት የተጀመረው ስብሰባ ዛሬም ቀጥሎ ተካሂዷል። የውሃና ኢነርጂ ሚኒስትር ሃብታሙ ኢተፋ የሕግ የበላይነት እና የድርጅቱ መመስረቻ ስምምነት መከበር እንዳለበት አጽንኦት ሰጥተዋል።
ቀደም ሲል በሰብሳቢነት ሽግግር ላይ ልዩነት ተፈጥሮ ነበር። ሆኖም ኢትዮጵያ በሕጉ በተቀመጠው ቅደም ተከተል መሰረት መሪነቱን ተረከበች።
የሥራ አመራር ኮሚቴው የተስማማበትን የውሳኔ ምክረ ሀሳብ አቅርቧል። የምክር ቤቱ አባላት ይህንን በማጽደቅ የቀጣናውን የኃይል ገበያ እንዲያጠናክሩ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
