Simpar, Vamos y Movida aprueban aumento de capital con BNDESPar

Simpar y sus filiales Vamos y Movida anunciaron un aumento privado de capital que podría alcanzar R$ 3,1 mil millones, con una inversión de hasta R$ 1,5 mil millones de BNDESPar en las tres empresas.
