Stellantis recorta 175 empleos en Madrid antes del traspaso a Leapmotor

Stellantis ha iniciado un ajuste laboral en su fábrica de Villaverde con un ERE para 175 trabajadores y un ERTE para 89 más. La medida coincide con las negociaciones para traspasar la planta a su socia china Leapmotor.

La compañía justifica el recorte por la revisión a la baja de sus previsiones de producción y la menor carga de trabajo prevista. El proceso de bajas voluntarias comenzará a negociarse este viernes con los sindicatos.

Un ERTE complementario afectará a 89 empleados entre agosto y finales de año. Los dos modelos D-SUV de Leapmotor se producirán en la planta bajo estándares europeos.

Mariano Hoya, de FICA-UGT, afirmó que el futuro de la factoría está garantizado por los nuevos proyectos. La reestructuración no afectará a la planta de Vigo.
