KCS는 글로벌 K-팝 팬덤 확대와 디지털 스트리밍 피로감으로 인한 앨범 수요 증가를 주요 원인으로 꼽았다. 수출국 131개국 중 94개국이 분기 최고 수입을 기록하며 광범위한 성장을 보였다.
미국이 전체 수출의 28%를 차지하며 작년까지 1위였던 일본을 제쳤다. 유럽연합(16.5%), 중국(14.4%), 대만(6.9%)이 뒤를 이었다.
