Mahakama ya Ajira na Leba imeamuru Mwakilishi wa Wanawake wa Bomet Linet Chepkorir Toto kumlipa aliyekuwa mfanyakazi wake karibu Sh1 milioni kwa kufutwa kazi kinyume cha sheria.

Mahakama ilimpa Kipkirui Dominic Mutai Sh990,110 pamoja na riba ya asilimia 14 kwa mwaka. Mutai alifanya kazi kama Naibu Meneja wa Kaunti katika ofisi ya Toto tangu Oktoba 2022.

Matatizo yalianza Machi 2023 wakati Mutai alipopokea vitisho kutoka kwa mume wa Toto. Aliripoti suala hilo katika kituo cha polisi cha Bomet.
