مجلس الوزراء يأمر بالانتقال الإلزامي إلى نظام الرواتب الجديد

وجه مجلس الوزراء جميع الوزارات والإدارات والهيئات والمؤسسات الحكومية بالانتقال الفوري إلى النظام المحدث للموارد البشرية والرواتب.

جاء هذا التوجيه في أعقاب اجتماع لمجلس الوزراء برئاسة الرئيس ويليام روتو في مقر الرئاسة في نيروبي يوم الثلاثاء 30 يونيو 2026. وأشار بيان صادر عن مجلس الوزراء إلى أن الإصلاحات تشمل إجراء تدقيق على مستوى الحكومة، وتنقية بيانات الرواتب، وتعزيز الأمن السيبراني، وإنشاء موقع لاستعادة البيانات في حالات الكوارث. وكان وزير الخدمة العامة جيفري روكو قد منح في مايو 2026 مديري الموارد البشرية مهلة شهرين لاستكمال عملية الانتقال إلى النظام الجديد.
