Gabriel Vallejo López advierte que 68% de clientes se va por mala atención

Gabriel Vallejo López, experto en servicio al cliente, señaló que las empresas deben priorizar la atención sobre el precio durante un encuentro organizado por SI3.

Durante el Tour: industrias que transforman, Vallejo López citó una encuesta del Instituto Rockefeller de Nueva York. Según los datos, hasta el 68% de los clientes abandona por mala atención, mientras que solo el 9% lo hace por inconformidad con los precios.

El experto afirmó que competir por precio es un error. "Competir por precio es tirarse a un abismo", dijo. Agregó que los clientes con experiencias positivas gastan un 140% más.

Vallejo López criticó el servicio en Colombia y señaló que muchas empresas solo valoran al cliente mientras paga. Destacó que el servicio depende del conocimiento, la habilidad y, sobre todo, la actitud del personal.
