元朗のマンションでエアガンによる窓ガラス破損の疑い、警察が捜査へ

元朗の朗屏邨にあるマンションで、64歳の女性が自身の部屋の窓ガラスがエアガンで破損させられた疑いがあると警察に通報した。警察はこれを器物損壊事件として受理し、元朗地区の刑事課が捜査を担当している。

女性は木曜日の午後12時30分頃に警察へ通報した。女性が警察に語ったところによると、月曜日にベッドの上で直径2ミリの鋼鉄製の弾丸を見つけたものの、当初は特に疑念を抱かなかったという。しかし水曜日になって窓ガラスに約2ミリの穴と亀裂が入っていることに気づき、外部から撃ち込まれた弾丸によって破損させられた可能性が高いと判断した。

警察は本件を器物損壊事件として受理し、元朗地区の刑事課が捜査を引き継いだ。朗屏邨では同様の事件が他にも発生しており、区議会議員の林偉明氏が注意を促している。SNSのThreads(スレッズ)上でも、同団地にあるボーイフレンドの部屋の窓ガラスが何者かに撃たれて亀裂が入り、室内でエアガンの弾丸が見つかったとの報告が投稿されている。
