이번 상장은 한국 외환시장 안정에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 조달된 달러 대부분이 국내 투자에 쓰일 전망이다.
다만 한국 기업이 국내 대신 뉴욕 시장을 선택한 점은 한국 자본시장의 한계를 드러낸다. 월가 투자은행은 약 1억4000만 달러의 수수료를 챙겼다.
