Tribunal revoca medida cautelar y la ANP inicia audiencia sobre precios abusivos de combustible

La Agencia Nacional de Petróleo comenzó este lunes una audiencia pública sobre las normas para definir los precios abusivos de los combustibles, luego de que se revocara una medida cautelar que suspendía el evento.

La audiencia, programada para el 15 de junio en el Distrito Federal, fue suspendida inicialmente por una medida cautelar del juez Diego Câmara Alves, del 17.º Tribunal Federal. El fallo respondió a una solicitud de Fecombustíveis, que cuestionó el período de consulta pública de cinco días.

El gobierno federal revocó la medida cautelar el mismo lunes. La ANP debate dos resoluciones que limitan el aumento del margen de beneficio al 10% para gasolineras y distribuidoras durante crisis o guerras, con multas de hasta 500 millones de reales.

Representantes del sector criticaron la propuesta durante la audiencia. El presidente de Fecombustíveis, James Thorp Neto, afirmó que la medida congela el mercado y la libre competencia. La ANP extendió el debate hasta el jueves debido a la alta demanda.
