Seuls 18 % des consommateurs américains préfèrent désormais boire leur café noir, soit une baisse de 56 % par rapport à 2022. La génération Z privilégie le goût, l'aspect visuel, la personnalisation et la praticité plutôt que le café filtre noir traditionnel.
